How to Pay
excerpt from reservations regulation of Selvicolle Country House
Dear client to make the reservation is required a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid by bank transfer. As in use for holiday homes, the balance will be paid in the structure, at the time of handing over the keys. It will also be asked for a deposit of € 100,00 (or a copy of an embossed credit card) to cover any damage to the apartment.

Fast and good restaurant service, nice and welcoming staff, clean flats with independent entrance and furnishing in accordance with the surrounding area. Excellent for short weekends with friends but also for longer stays, in order to visit the surrounding typical towns! Recommended!
We’ve been here in Easter with the family. The place is cosy and tastefully furnished. Excellent cuisine. Safe place where children can play and in the summer season there’s a beautiful swimming pool. Our apartment had country-style furnishing and a private garden, perfect for sunbathing. We’ll definitely come back.
Volevamo un posto tranquillo e lo abbiamo trovato. Nel complesso la struttura ha delle ottime potenzialità e si trova in una posizione strategica per vari luoghi di interesse. I mini appartamenti sono molto carini, puliti, indipendenti, i posti per dormire non mancano e sono completi quasi di tutto....
