Is parking free?

Yes, it is. Our guests can freely use our big unattended parking in the open air.

Do you accept payment by card?

Yes, we do. We accept payment by the major credit and debit card of the VISA and mastercard circuit.

How can I book?

You just need to phone us or email us to ask for availability, then we will send you a voucher via email, that contains all the reservation’s details, the total price and the amount of the deposit, to be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of the date of the voucher. Once we have received the deposit, the booking is definitively confirmed. The balance will be paid upon arrival.

Do you accept animals?

Yes, of course! At Selvicolle Country House animals are welcome! Our small villas have private fenced gardens, which are perfect for medium/big size dogs. The only rule to be followed is the good sense principle: animals have access to all common areas, however all other guests must be respected, therefore we kindly ask you to make sure your pets do not disturb or hurt the others and we ask you to pick up your pets’ wastes. If they are used to sleeping inside, they can, but we kindly ask you to bring a blanket or a basket where they can sleep, and not to let them jump on sofas, chairs or beds. We remind you that the final cleaning is included in the price you pay, however, in case an extra cleaning is necessary, we see ourselves forced to charge you 50 euros for it.

What are the check in and check out times?

Unless differently agreed, check in is from 2pm till 7pm, check out is by 10am. If you have requests or needs, contact us. We are at your disposal!

At what time do you serve the meals?

Breakfast is buffet and is served from 8:30am till 10am, lunch is at 1pm and dinner at 8pm. Meals have fixed menu, if you have food allergies please contact us.

Is the menu fixed or à la carte?

The menu is fixed, created day by day by our chef; if you have food allergies please contact us.

Is access to the swimming pool free for guests?

Yes, it is. Our guests have free access to the swimming pool and can use the beach loungers, whose availability is however not guaranteed. The beach loungers cannot be booked.

Do you offer free internet connection?

Yes, we do. We offer our guests free Wi-Fi connection in the gazebo and the nearby areas.

Is there mobile phone signal?

Since we are surrounded by hills, mobile phone signal is not very good; however, a few metres away, there will be full reception. In the common areas the Wi-Fi reception is nevertheless very good, so you will be able to use Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp etc.

Can I reach Selvicolle Country House with public transport?

Yes, you can. You can take the train and stop in Castelraimondo-Camerino station and from there you can take a Contram line bus.

Is cleaning included in the price?

Yes, it is. Final cleaning on the day of departure is included in the price. On the contrary, daily cleaning is not provided.
